CHG Property Services, part of The Community Housing Group (TCHG), is pleased to announce that their contract with Nehemiah United Churches Housing Association has been renewed for another three years.
The agreement will see TCHG’s Customer Services Centre, based at their new office in Kidderminster, continue to take repair calls from tenants of Nehemiah UCHA and pass on to contractors who will then carry out the required work.
Nehemiah UCHA has a portfolio of up to 1000 properties, serving the multicultural African Caribbean, Asian and European communities within the West Midlands.
CHG Property Services has always provided an effective, high-quality service, but the recent move to their new office, Community House, has brought TCHG’s Housing and Repairs teams together to create a Customer Services Centre that provides a more efficient service for all customers.
